By submitting an RMA request you agree to have read and understand the following information:

It is important to provide a valid email address.
RMA numbers and returning instructions (if any) will be sent via email only.

Please return products in its original packaging.
However, if only a part is defective (such as the floppy disk drive of a system) only that item needs to be returned. This cuts down on shipping costs for both the The3Dshop.com and the customer.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping label.
When returning multiple boxes, also number each package and have the RMA number on each box.

Returns for Credit/Refund
AUTHORIZED CREDIT RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE.
All products requested and authorized as credit/refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned goods for credit must be returned in their original boxes with all the packing material and accessories.

Credit will NOT be issued for non-defective products & physically damaged products.

Special orders, custom-made systems, CPUs, Hard Disks, and memory are not returnable for credit.
