My system won't turn on!

A system that is not responsive to the power button usually indicates a problem with the power supply. Before calling tech support, take a moment to verify the following:

-  Make sure that the power cord is properly connected from the back of the tower to a power source. 

- Ensure that the monitor is also plugged in to a power source. The monitor and the tower must both be plugged in using separate power cables.

- If your power cables are connected to a power strip, try plugging the computer directly into an outlet. 

- The power switch on the back of the computer must be on the negative side of the switch. Sometimes this switch is knocked out of place during shipment.


I'm missing drivers!

If your system is missing a device driver or if you are looking to update your driver, you may visit our Support page for the latest device drivers for all hardware used in our systems. If you are still having trouble, you might try visiting the manufacturer's web site.


What is the warranty on the system I purchased?

Return Policy:

  • THE3DSHOP.COM offers a 1-year (one) exchange warranty on all products sold on this web site.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by THE3DSHOP.COM within 30 days from the invoice date, at THE3DSHOP.COM`s discretion for: credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
  • Please call 888-368-3268 or e-mail our Returns Department at RMA@THE3DSHOP.COM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, drivers or software and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; THE3DSHOP.COM will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
  • THE3DSHOP.COM strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection, such as UPS, FedEx, and so on.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier`s delivery record in order for THE3DSHOP.COM to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify THE3DSHOP.COM immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to THE3DSHOP.COM within 30 days from the invoice date, at THE3DSHOP.COM`s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
